सेवि गुण निधानु पाइआ तिस की कीम न पाई ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ

ਨੂੰ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਂਰ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੇਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ।
Serving the True Guru, I have found the Treasure of Excellence. Its value cannot be estimated.

ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਸਖਾ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਮੇਰਾ ਅੰਤੇ ਹੋਇ ਸਖਾਈ ॥੩॥

प्रभु

सखा हरि जीउ मेरा अंते होइ सखाई ॥३॥

ਰੱਬ ਜੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਕਾ ਆਪਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਖੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

ਪੇਈਅੜੈ ਜਗਜੀਵਨੁ ਦਾਤਾ ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਪਤਿ ਗਵਾਈ ॥

जगजीवनु दाता मनमुखि पति गवाई ॥

ਇਸ

ਜੱਗ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਕਾ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲੀ ਦਾਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿਸਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਨੇ ਇਜੱਤ ਗੁਆ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
In this world of my father's home, the Great Giver is the Life of the World. The self-willed manmukhs have lost their honor.

ਬਿਨੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੋ ਮਗੁ ਨ ਜਾਣੈ ਅੰਧੇ ਠਉਰ ਨ ਕਾਈ ॥

बिनु

सतिगुर को मगु न जाणै अंधे ठउर न काई ॥

ਵਗੈਰ

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਸਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭਣਾ। ਗਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਿੰਨਾਂ ਅਸਲੀ ਟਿਕਾਣਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਭਣਾਂ।
Without the True Guru, no one knows the Way. The blind find no place of rest.

ਹਰਿ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਮਨਿ ਨਹੀ ਵਸਿਆ ਅੰਤਿ ਗਇਆ ਪਛੁਤਾਈ ॥੪॥

Har Sukhadhaathaa Man Nehee Vasiaa Anth Gaeiaa Pashhuthaaee ||4||

हरि

सुखदाता मनि नही वसिआ अंति गइआ पछुताई ॥४॥

ਹਰੀ ਅੰਨਦ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਂਰ ਜੀਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਖੀਰ ਮਰਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪਛਤਾਵਾ ਕਰਨਾਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ

If the Lord, the Giver of Peace, does not dwell within the mind, then they shall depart with regret in the end. ||4||

ਪੇਈਅੜੈ ਜਗਜੀਵਨੁ ਦਾਤਾ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਇਆ ॥

जगजीवनु दाता गुरमति मंनि वसाइआ ॥

ਇਸ

ਜੱਗ ਪੇਕਾ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲੀ ਦਾਤਾ ਰੱਬ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
In this world of my father's house, through the Guru's Teachings, I have cultivated within my mind the Great Giver, the Life of the World.

ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਭਗਤਿ ਕਰਹਿ ਦਿਨੁ ਰਾਤੀ ਹਉਮੈ ਮੋਹੁ ਚੁਕਾਇਆ ॥

अनदिनु

भगति करहि दिनु राती हउमै मोहु चुकाइआ ॥

ਹਰ

ਰੋਜ਼ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਪਿਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੁਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Night and day, performing devotional worship, day and night, ego and emotional attachment are removed.

ਜਿਸੁ ਸਿਉ ਰਾਤਾ ਤੈਸੋ ਹੋਵੈ ਸਚੇ ਸਚਿ ਸਮਾਇਆ ॥੫॥

Jis Sio Raathaa Thaiso Hovai Sachae Sach Samaaeiaa ||5||

जिसु

सिउ राता तैसो होवै सचे सचि समाइआ ॥५॥

ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਦੀਆ ਯਾਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੁੜਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਦੇ ਹਨ।

And then, attuned to Him, we become like Him, truly absorbed in the True One. ||5||

ਆਪੇ ਨਦਰਿ ਕਰੇ ਭਾਉ ਲਾਏ ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥

आपे

नदरि करे भाउ लाए गुर सबदी बीचारि ॥

ਆਪੇ

ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣਾਂ ਪਿਆਰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Bestowing His Glance of Grace, He gives us His Love, and we contemplate the Word of the Guru's Shabad.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿਐ ਸਹਜੁ ਊਪਜੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਮਾਰਿ ॥

सेविऐ सहजु ऊपजै हउमै त्रिसना मारि ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ

ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਮਨ ਦਾ ਟਿਕਾ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੰਕਾਂਰ ਲਾਲਚ ਮਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Serving the True Guru, intuitive peace wells up, and ego and desire die.

ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣਦਾਤਾ ਸਦ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਸਚੁ ਰਖਿਆ ਉਰ ਧਾਰਿ ॥੬॥

Har Gunadhaathaa Sadh Man Vasai Sach Rakhiaa Our Dhhaar ||6||

हरि

गुणदाता सद मनि वसै सचु रखिआ उर धारि ॥६॥

ਹਰੀ ਰੱਬ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਂਰ ਸਦਾ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੱਚਾ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਭਾਂਲ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

The Lord, the Giver of Virtue, dwells forever within the minds of those who keep Truth enshrined within their hearts. ||6||

ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਲਾ ਮਨਿ ਨਿਰਮਲਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ ॥

मेरा सदा निरमला मनि निरमलि पाइआ जाइ ॥

ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ

ਮੇਰਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਸੁੱਚਾ ਹੈ। ਸੱਚੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
My God is forever Immaculate and Pure; with a pure mind, He can be found.

ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਉਮੈ ਦੁਖੁ ਸਭੁ ਜਾਇ ॥

नामु

निधानु हरि मनि वसै हउमै दुखु सभु जाइ ॥

ਹਰਿ

ਦਾ ਨਾਂਮ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੇਤੇ ਰਹੇ। ਹੰਕਾਂਰ ਦਾ ਰੋਗ ਸਾਰਾ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
If the Treasure of the Name of the Lord abides within the mind, egotism and pain are totally eliminated.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਸਬਦੁ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਹਉ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੈ ਜਾਉ ॥੭॥

Sathigur Sabadh Sunaaeiaa Ho Sadh Balihaarai Jaao ||7||

सतिगुरि

सबदु सुणाइआ हउ सद बलिहारै जाउ ॥७॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਮਿਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਵਾਰ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।

The True Guru has instructed me in the Word of the Shabad. I am forever a sacrifice to Him. ||7||

ਆਪਣੈ ਮਨਿ ਚਿਤਿ ਕਹੈ ਕਹਾਏ ਬਿਨੁ ਗੁਰ ਆਪੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥

आपणै

मनि चिति कहै कहाए बिनु गुर आपु न जाई ॥

ਆਪਣੇ

ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪ ਕਹੀ ਜਾਈਏ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਹਾਈਏ। ਵਗੈਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਮੈਂ ਦਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ।
Within your own conscious mind, you may say anything, but without the Guru, selfishness and conceit are not eradicated.

ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਭਗਤਿ ਵਛਲੁ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਮੰਨਿ ਵਸਾਈ ॥

Har Jeeo Bhagath Vashhal Sukhadhaathaa Kar Kirapaa Mann Vasaaee ||

हरि

जीउ भगति वछलु सुखदाता करि किरपा मंनि वसाई ॥

ਹਰਿ

ਜੀ ਨਾਂਮ ਜੱਪਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਨਦ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪੇ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਾਦ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
The Dear Lord is the Lover of His devotees, the Giver of Peace. By His Grace, He abides within the mind.

ਨਾਨਕ ਰੱਬ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਤੇ ਅਕਲ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਥਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

O Nanak, God blesses us with the sublime awakening of consciousness; He Himself grants glorious greatness to the Gurmukh. ||8||1||18||

करम कमावदे जमडंडु लगै तिन आइ ॥

ਹੰਕਾਂਰ

ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਵ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਜਮ ਲੈਣ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Those who go around acting in egotism are struck down by the Messenger of Death with his club.

सतिगुरु सेवनि से उबरे हरि सेती लिव लाइ ॥१॥

ਜੋ ਜੀਵ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਦੇ ਹਨ। ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਨ ਲਾਈ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।

Those who serve the True Guru are uplifted and saved, in love with the Lord. ||1||

रे गुरमुखि नामु धिआइ ॥

ਰੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ।
O mind, become Gurmukh, and meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord.

धुरि

पूरबि करतै लिखिआ तिना गुरमति नामि समाइ ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਪਾਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

Those who are so pre-destined by the Creator are absorbed into the Naam, through the

ਵਿਣੁ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪਰਤੀਤਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਨਾਮਿ ਨ ਲਾਗੋ ਭਾਉ ॥

विणु

सतिगुर परतीति न आवई नामि न लागो भाउ ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ

ਵਗੈਰ ਜ਼ਕੀਨ ਨਹੀ਼ ਆਉ਼ਦਾ। ਨਾਂਮ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਦਾ।
Without the True Guru, faith does not come, and love for the Naam is not embraced.

ਸੁਪਨੈ ਸੁਖੁ ਨ ਪਾਵਈ ਦੁਖ ਮਹਿ ਸਵੈ ਸਮਾਇ ॥੨॥

Supanai Sukh N Paavee Dhukh Mehi Savai Samaae ||2||

सुपनै

सुखु न पावई दुख महि सवै समाइ ॥२॥

ਅੰਨਦ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ। ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤਕਲੀਫ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁਝਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Even in dreams, they find no peace; they sleep immersed in pain. ||2||

ਜੇ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕੀਚੈ ਬਹੁਤੁ ਲੋਚੀਐ ਕਿਰਤੁ ਨ ਮੇਟਿਆ ਜਾਇ ॥

Jae Har Har Keechai Bahuth Locheeai Kirath N Maettiaa Jaae ||

जे

हरि हरि कीचै बहुतु लोचीऐ किरतु न मेटिआ जाइ ॥

ਜੇ

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਂਮ ਜੱਪਣਾਂ ਚਹੀਏ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕਰਮ ਢਾਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ।
Even if you chant the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, with great longing, your past actions are still not erased.

ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਭਾਣਾ ਭਗਤੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਸੇ ਭਗਤ ਪਏ ਦਰਿ ਥਾਇ ॥੩॥

Har Kaa Bhaanaa Bhagathee Manniaa Sae Bhagath Peae Dhar Thhaae ||3||

हरि

का भाणा भगती मंनिआ से भगत पए दरि थाइ ॥३॥

ਹਰਿ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਨਾਂਮ ਜੱਪਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਹੀ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

The Lord's devotees surrender to His Will; those devotees are accepted at His Door. ||3||

ਗੁਰੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਦਿੜਾਵੈ ਰੰਗ ਸਿਉ ਬਿਨੁ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਲਇਆ ਨ ਜਾਇ ॥

गुरु

सबदु दिड़ावै रंग सिउ बिनु किरपा लइआ न जाइ ॥

ਗੁਰੂ

ਦਾ ਸਬਦ ਬੋਲਣ ਨਾਲ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਗੈਰ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਗਦੀ।
The Guru has lovingly implanted the Word of His Shabad within me. Without His Grace, it cannot be attained.

ਜੇ ਸਉ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਨੀਰੀਐ ਭੀ ਬਿਖੁ ਫਲੁ ਲਾਗੈ ਧਾਇ ॥੪॥

Jae So Anmrith Neereeai Bhee Bikh Fal Laagai Dhhaae ||4||

जे

सउ अम्रितु नीरीऐ भी बिखु फलु लागै धाइ ॥४॥

ਜੇ

ਸੌ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਜੀਵ ਜਾਂ ਦੱਰਖਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਲਾਏ ਜਾਣ। ਮਿਠੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੇ। ਮਾੜਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰਲੇ Even if the poisonous plant is watered with ambrosial nectar a hundred times, it will still bear poisonous fruit. ||4||

ਸੇ ਜਨ ਸਚੇ ਨਿਰਮਲੇ ਜਿਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਲਿ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥

से

जन सचे निरमले जिन सतिगुर नालि पिआरु ॥

ਉਹ

ਸੁੱਚੇ ਸੁੱਧ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਜੀਵ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਹੈ।
Those humble beings who are in love with the True Guru are pure and true.

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਭਾਣਾ ਕਮਾਵਦੇ ਬਿਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ ਤਜਿ ਵਿਕਾਰੁ ॥੫॥

सतिगुर

का भाणा कमावदे बिखु हउमै तजि विकारु ॥५॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਬੇਲੋੜੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਉਮੈ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।

They act in harmony with the Will of the True Guru; they shed the poison of ego and corruption. ||5||

ਮਨਹਠਿ ਕਿਤੈ ਉਪਾਇ ਨ ਛੂਟੀਐ ਸਿਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਸੋਧਹੁ ਜਾਇ ॥

Manehath Kithai Oupaae N Shhootteeai Simrith Saasathr Sodhhahu Jaae ||

मनहठि

कितै उपाइ न छूटीऐ सिम्रिति सासत्र सोधहु जाइ ॥

ਮਨ

ਮਗਰ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਧਰਮਿਕ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਿ ਸਿਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਸਾਸਤ੍ਰ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਲਵੋ।
Acting in stubborn-mindedness, no one is saved; go and study the Simritees and the Shaastras.

ਮਿਲਿ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਉਬਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਕਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਕਮਾਇ ॥੬॥

Mil Sangath Saadhhoo Oubarae Gur Kaa Sabadh Kamaae ||6||

मिलि

संगति साधू उबरे गुर का सबदु कमाइ ॥६॥

ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ,

ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ ਉਚਾਰ ਕੇ, ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬੱਚ ਜਾਈਦਾ ਹੈ। ||6||

Joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, and practicing the Shabads of the Guru, you shall be saved. ||6||

ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਹੈ ਜਿਸੁ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰੁ ॥

Har Kaa Naam Nidhhaan Hai Jis Anth N Paaraavaar ||

हरि

का नामु निधानु है जिसु अंतु न पारावारु ॥

ਭਗਵਾਨ

ਦਾ ਨਾਂਮੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਿਰਨਾ ਉਪਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਰਨ ਯੋਗੇ ਨਹੀ।
The Name of the Lord is the Treasure, which has no end or limitation.

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸੇਈ ਸੋਹਦੇ ਜਿਨ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇ ਕਰਤਾਰੁ ॥੭॥

Guramukh Saeee Sohadhae Jin Kirapaa Karae Karathaar ||7||

गुरमुखि

सेई सोहदे जिन किरपा करे करतारु ॥७॥

ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਉਹੀ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਨੇ, ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰੇ।

The Gurmukhs are beauteous; the Creator has blessed them with His Mercy. ||7||

ਨਾਨਕ ਦਾਤਾ ਏਕੁ ਹੈ ਦੂਜਾ ਅਉਰੁ ਨ ਕੋਇ ॥

Naanak Dhaathaa Eaek Hai Dhoojaa Aour N Koe ||

नानक

दाता एकु है दूजा अउरु न कोइ ॥

ਨਾਨਕ

ਤੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਰੱਬ ਹੈ। ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਦੂਜਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
O Nanak, the One Lord alone is the Giver; there is no other at all.

ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਪਾਈਐ ਕਰਮਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਹੋਇ ॥੮॥੨॥੧੯॥

गुर

परसादी पाईऐ करमि परापति होइ ॥८॥२॥१९॥

ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਬ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚੰਗੇਲੇਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।
