संगति मनि वसै प्रभु प्रीतमु बखसिंदु ॥

ਰੱਬ

ਪਿਆਰਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪਣ ਵਾਲਿਆ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਕੇ, ਕਰਤੂਤਾ ਤੇ ਪਰਦੇ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।
In the Society of the Saints, God, the Beloved, the Forgiver, comes to dwell within the mind.

ਨੇ ਰੱਬ ਰੱਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਆਪਦਾ ਉਹੀ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਬੱਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

हरि जसु गुण रमण जितु कोटि मजन इसनानु ॥

ਜਦੋ

ਹਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਗਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬੇਅੰਤ ਤੀਰਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਦਾ ਹੈ।
This is the time to speak and sing the Praise and the Glory of God, which brings the merit of millions of cleansing and purifying baths.

ਰਸਨਾ ਉਚਰੈ ਗੁਣਵਤੀ ਕੋਇ ਨ ਪੁਜੈ ਦਾਨੁ ॥

उचरै गुणवती कोइ न पुजै दानु ॥

ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਕਹਿੱਣ

ਵਾਲੀ ਜੀਭ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਭਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਕੋਈ ਦਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ।
The tongue which chants these Praises is worthy; there is no charity equal to this.

ਨਜ਼ਰਾ ਰਾਹੀ ਚਿਤ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਹਰਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ, ਦਇਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਦਾਤਾ ਰੱਬ ਹੈ।
Blessing us with His Glance of Grace, the Kind and Compassionate, All-powerful Lord comes to dwell within the mind and body.

ਜੀਉ ਪਿੰਡੁ ਧਨੁ ਤਿਸ ਦਾ ਹਉ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੁ ॥੩॥

पिंडु धनु तिस दा हउ सदा सदा कुरबानु ॥३॥

ਸਰੀਰ ਮਾਇਆ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ||3||

My soul, body and wealth are His. Forever and ever, I am a sacrifice to Him. ||3||

ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਨੇ ਆਪਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਲ ਲਿਆ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿੱਛੜਦਾ।
One whom the Creator Lord has met and joined to Himself shall never again be separated.

ਦਾਸਾ ਕੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਕਟਿਆ ਸਾਚੈ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰਿ ॥

ਰਾਹ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਰੱਸਤਾ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾੜੇ ਚੰਗ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਦਾ।
The doubter has been put back on the path; his merits and demerits have not been considered.

Your mother and father and all your relations-without Him, there are none at all.

ਚਿਤ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਭੱਟਕਨਾ ਪਿਆਸ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਗਮ ਕਰਾ ਦੇਵੇ।
Within my mind and body, there is such a great hunger; if only someone would come and unite me with Him, O my mother!

ਸਮੇਂ ਮਹਿਮਾਂ ਕਰੀਏ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਮ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਨਾਂਮ ਹੈ।
Forever and ever, praise the One, who has no end or limitation. ||3||

ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਰੀਏ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਕੰਮ ਦੇਖ ਹੈਰਨ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
Praise God, the Nurturer and Cherisher; His Wondrous Ways are unlimited.

ਸਦਾ ਸਦਾ ਆਰਾਧੀਐ ਏਹਾ ਮਤਿ ਵਿਸੇਖ ॥

सदा आराधीऐ एहा मति विसेख ॥

ਨੂੰ ਸਾਹਸ ਸਾਹਸ ਜੱਪੀਏ ਇਹੀ ਸੋਬਾ ਦਾ ਗੁਣ ਹੈ।

ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਂਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜੀਅ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿੱਠਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਅੰਨਦ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਦੇ ਭਾਗ ਜਾਗ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

बंधहु जीअ का ऐथै ओथै नालि ॥

ਦਾ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਮਨ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਜੋ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਤੇ ਮਰਨ ਪਿਛੋਂ, ਮਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਥ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
For the journey of the soul, gather those supplies which will go with you here and hereafter.

ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਤੇ ਪਾਈਐ ਅਪਣੀ ਨਦਰਿ ਨਿਹਾਲਿ ॥

पूरे ते पाईऐ अपणी नदरि निहालि ॥

ਪੂਰਾ

ਗੁਰੂ ਆਪਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੁੱਧ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਕਰਕੇ, ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
These are obtained from the Perfect Guru, when God bestows His Glance of Grace.

ਕਰਮਿ ਪਰਾਪਤਿ ਤਿਸੁ ਹੋਵੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਹੋਇ ਦਇਆਲੁ ॥੧॥

परापति तिसु होवै जिस नो होइ दइआलु ॥१॥

ਭਾਗ ਚੰਗ੍ਹੇ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਬ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਉਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੇਹਰਬਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

O my mind, there is no other as great as the Guru.

ਦੂਜਾ ਥਾਉ ਨ ਕੋ ਸੁਝੈ ਗੁਰ ਮੇਲੇ ਸਚੁ ਸੋਇ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

पदारथ तिसु मिले जिनि गुरु डिठा जाइ ॥

ਸਾਰੇ

ਮਨ ਇਛਾ ਫੱਲ ਉਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਲੱਭਾ ਹੈ।
Those who go to see the Guru obtain all treasures.

चरणी जिन मनु लगा से वडभागी माइ ॥

ਮਾਂ

ਉਹ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੇ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਜੀਅ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਮੋਹਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
Those whose minds are attached to the Guru's Feet are very fortunate, O my mother.

2012

ਗੁਰੁ ਦਾਤਾ ਸਮਰਥੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਭ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਸਮਾਇ ॥

Gur Dhaathaa Samarathh Gur Gur Sabh Mehi Rehiaa Samaae ||

गुरु

दाता समरथु गुरु गुरु सभ महि रहिआ समाइ ॥

ਗੁਰੂ

ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਸਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ
The Guru is the Giver, the Guru is All-powerful. The Guru is All-pervading, contained amongst all.

2013

ਗੁਰੁ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਡੁਬਦਾ ਲਏ ਤਰਾਇ ॥੨॥

गुरु

परमेसरु पारब्रहमु गुरु डुबदा लए तराइ ॥२॥

ਗੁਰੂ ਪਰਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੇ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਂਹ ਫੜ ਅਸਪਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਂ ਲੈਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਕਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਤੋ ਕਲਾਵੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਚਾ ਲੈਦਾ ਹੈ।

The Guru is the Transcendent Lord, the Supreme Lord God. The Guru lifts up and saves those who are drowning. ||2||

ਕਿਤੁ ਮੁਖਿ ਗੁਰੁ ਸਾਲਾਹੀਐ ਕਰਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਸਮਰਥੁ ॥

कितु

मुखि गुरु सालाहीऐ करण कारण समरथु ॥

ਕਿਹੜੇ

ਮੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਵਾਂ। ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਕਾਬਲ ਹੈ।
How shall I praise the Guru, the All-powerful Cause of causes?

2015

ਸੇ ਮਥੇ ਨਿਹਚਲ ਰਹੇ ਜਿਨ ਗੁਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਆ ਹਥੁ ॥

Sae Mathhae Nihachal Rehae Jin Gur Dhhaariaa Hathh ||

से

मथे निहचल रहे जिन गुरि धारिआ हथु ॥

ਉਹ ਮੱਥੇ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਉਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਹੱਥ ਧਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Those, upon whose foreheads the Guru has placed His Hand, remain steady and stable.

2016

ਗੁਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਮੁ ਪੀਆਲਿਆ ਜਨਮ ਮਰਨ ਕਾ ਪਥੁ ॥

गुरि

अम्रित नामु पीआलिआ जनम मरन का पथु ॥

ਗੁਰੂ

ਨੇ ਮਿੱਠਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਂਮ ਰਸ ਦਾ ਚੂਲਾ ਪਿਲਾਇਆ।
The Guru has led me to drink in the Ambrosial Nectar of the Naam, the Name of the Lord; He has released me from the cycle of birth and death.

2017

ਗੁਰੁ ਪਰਮੇਸਰੁ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਭੈ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਦੁਖ ਲਥੁ ॥੩॥

गुरु

परमेसरु सेविआ भै भंजनु दुख लथु ॥३॥

ਗੁਰੂ ਪਰਮ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਖੇ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪੀਏ । ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਰੱਬ ਡਰ ਦੁੱਖ ਰੋਗ ਤੋੜਦਾ ਹੈ।
