तिसै सरेवहु प्राणीहो जिस दै नाउ पलै ॥
ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰੀਏ। ਜਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਰੱਬੀ ਨਾਂਮ ਹੈ ॥
Serve Him O mortals who has the Lord's Name in His lap.
14595 ਐਥੈ ਰਹਹੁ ਸੁਹੇਲਿਆ ਅਗੈ ਨਾਲਿ ਚਲੈ ॥
Aithhai Rehahu Suhaeliaa Agai Naal Chalai ||
ऐथै रहहु सुहेलिआ अगै नालि चलै ॥
ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਬ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਗਲੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
You shall dwell in peace and ease in this world; in the world hereafter, it shall go with you.

घरु बंधहु सच धरम का गडि थमु अहलै ॥
ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੱਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਹਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੀਏ ॥
So build your home of true righteousness, with the unshakable pillars of Dharma.

ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲਈਏ, ਜੋ ਪੂਰੇ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥
ओट लैहु नाराइणै दीन दुनीआ झलै ॥
Take the Support of the Lord, who gives support in the spiritual and material worlds.

ਭਗਤ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ, ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਰੱਬੀ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਮੰਗਦਾਂ ਹਾਂ॥
The beggar begs for charity: give to me, O my Beloved!
14601 ਦੇਵਣਹਾਰੁ ਦਾਤਾਰੁ ਮੈ ਨਿਤ ਚਿਤਾਰਿਆ ॥

देवणहारु दातारु मै नित चितारिआ ॥
ਇਕੋ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਦਾਤਾਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪਿਆ ਹੈ ॥

निखुटि न जाई मूलि अतुल भंडारिआ ॥
ਤੇਰਾ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਨਾਂ ਮੁੱਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ। ਬੇਅੰਤ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਨ ਨਾਪੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ॥
The immeasurable warehouses of the Lord can never be emptied out.

ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਵੋ, ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਾਲ ਲਵੋ। ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਉ ਇਹੀ ਜੰਮਣ, ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ ॥

ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਦੀ ਰੱਬੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਬਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਰਸ ਤੇ ਰੱਬੀ ਸੁਖ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
There, the Ambrosial Nectar is distributed; the Lord is the Bringer of peace.
14609 ਜਮ ਕੈ ਪੰਥਿ ਨ ਪਾਈਅਹਿ ਫਿਰਿ ਨਾਹੀ ਮਰਣੇ ॥

जम कै पंथि न पाईअहि फिरि नाही मरणे ॥
ਜੰਮਦੂਤ ਦੇ ਬਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦੇ। ਮੌਰ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
They are not placed upon the path of Death, and they shall not have to die again.
14610 ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਆਇਆ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਰਸੁ ਤਿਸੈ ਹੀ ਜਰਣੇ ॥

जिस नो आइआ प्रेम रसु तिसै ही जरणे ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅੰਨਦ ਸਹਿੰਦੇ, ਮਾਂਣਦੁ ਹਨ॥
One who comes to savor the Lord's Love experiences it.
14611 ਬਾਣੀ ਉਚਰਹਿ ਸਾਧ ਜਨ ਅਮਿਉ ਚਲਹਿ ਝਰਣੇ ॥
Baanee Oucharehi Saadhh Jan Amio Chalehi Jharanae ||
बाणी उचरहि साध जन अमिउ चलहि झरणे ॥
ਰੱਬੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਬੋਲਦੇ, ਜੱਪਦੇ, ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਠੇ ਰਸ ਦੇ ਚਸਮੇਂ ਵਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥
The Holy beings chant the Bani of the Word, like nectar flowing from a spring.
14612 ਪੇਖਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਜੀਵਿਆ ਮਨ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਧਰਣੇ ॥੯॥

पेखि दरसनु नानकु जीविआ मन अंदरि धरणे ॥९॥

Remembering Him in meditation, misfortune departs, and one comes to abide in peace and bliss.

ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਡਿਆਈ ਦੱਸੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਲੱਭ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ॥
How can I estimate the glory of those, who have found the Lord, Har, Har?
14621 ਸਾਧਾ ਸਰਣੀ ਜੋ ਪਵੈ ਸੋ ਛੁਟੈ ਬਧਾ ॥
Saadhhaa Saranee Jo Pavai S Shhuttai Badhhaa ||
साधा सरणी जो पवै सो छुटै बधा ॥
ਜੋ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਹਿ, ਗੁਣ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
One who seeks the Sanctuary of the Holy is released from bondage.
14622 ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀਐ ਜੋਨਿ ਗਰਭਿ ਨ ਦਧਾ ॥
Gun Gaavai Abinaaseeai Jon Garabh N Dhadhhaa ||
गुण गावै अबिनासीऐ जोनि गरभि न दधा ॥
ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਅਮਰ ਰਹਿੱਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ॥
One who sings the Glorious Praises of the Imperishable Lord does not burn in the womb of reincarnation.
14623 ਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਪੜਿ ਬੁਝਿ ਸਮਧਾ ॥
Gur Bhaettiaa Paarabreham Har Parr Bujh Samadhhaa ||
गुरु भेटिआ पारब्रहमु हरि पड़ि बुझि समधा ॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਣੀ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਟਿੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥
One who meets the Sathigur and the Supreme Lord God, who reads and understands, enters the state of Samaadhi.
14624 ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੋ ਧਣੀ ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਧਾ ॥੧੦॥

नानक पाइआ सो धणी हरि अगम अगधा ॥१०॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਂਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ, ਅਥਾਹ ਜਿਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ। ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ||10||

कामु न करही आपणा फिरहि अवता लोइ ॥
ਆਪਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਬੰਦਾ, ਆਪਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
People do not perform their duties, but instead, they wander around aimlessly.

The bitter poison of corruption is everywhere; it clings to the substance of the world.

ਇਹ ਭਗਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਕੇ, ਉਸ ਵਰਗਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ, ਮੁੱਕਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ॥
This is the distinguishing sign of the Holy Saint, that by meeting with him, one is saved.
14633 ਜਮਕੰਕਰੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਫਿਰਿ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਮਰੀਐ ॥

जमकंकरु नेड़ि न आवई फिरि बहुड़ि न मरीऐ ॥
ਜੰਮਦੂਤ ਮੁਹਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀ ਆਉਂਦਾ। ਫਿਰ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ, ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੌਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ॥
The Messenger of Death does not come near him; he never has to die again.

भव सागरु संसारु बिखु सो पारि उतरीऐ ॥
ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦਰਗਾਹ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥
He crosses over the terrifying, poisonous world-ocean.
14635 ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗੁੰਫਹੁ ਮਨਿ ਮਾਲ ਹਰਿ ਸਭ ਮਲੁ ਪਰਹਰੀਐ ॥

हरि गुण गु्मफहु मनि माल हरि सभ मलु परहरीऐ ॥
ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਾਏ, ਤਾਂ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਬਿਚਰ, ਪਾਪ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥
So weave the garland of the Lord's Glorious Praises into your mind, and all your filth shall be washed away.

ਗੁਣਾ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੋਖੇ ਰੂਪ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਸਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ॥
I have come to see the Supreme Lord God, the Perfect, Inaccessible, Wonderful Lord.

Serve Him O mortals who has the Lord's Name in His lap.
14595 ਐਥੈ ਰਹਹੁ ਸੁਹੇਲਿਆ ਅਗੈ ਨਾਲਿ ਚਲੈ ॥

ऐथै रहहु सुहेलिआ अगै नालि चलै ॥
ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਬ ਜੀਵ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅੱਗਲੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
You shall dwell in peace and ease in this world; in the world hereafter, it shall go with you.

घरु बंधहु सच धरम का गडि थमु अहलै ॥
ਸਰੀਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੱਚੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਹਿਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰੀਏ ॥
So build your home of true righteousness, with the unshakable pillars of Dharma.

ਤੇਰਾ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਨਾਂ ਮੁੱਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ। ਬੇਅੰਤ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਹਨ ਨਾਪੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੇ॥
The immeasurable warehouses of the Lord can never be emptied out.

ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਵੋ, ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਾਲ ਲਵੋ। ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਉ ਇਹੀ ਜੰਮਣ, ਮਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ ॥
Sikhs, love the Word of the Shabad; in life and death, it is our only support.

ओथै अम्रितु वंडीऐ सुखीआ हरि करणे ॥
ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਦੀ ਰੱਬੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਕੀਰਤਨ ਬਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਰਸ ਤੇ ਰੱਬੀ ਸੁਖ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
There, the Ambrosial Nectar is distributed; the Lord is the Bringer of peace.
14609 ਜਮ ਕੈ ਪੰਥਿ ਨ ਪਾਈਅਹਿ ਫਿਰਿ ਨਾਹੀ ਮਰਣੇ ॥
Jam Kai Panthh N Paaeeahi Fir Naahee Maranae ||
जम कै पंथि न पाईअहि फिरि नाही मरणे ॥
ਜੰਮਦੂਤ ਦੇ ਬਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਦੇ। ਮੌਰ ਦਾ ਡਰ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
They are not placed upon the path of Death, and they shall not have to die again.
14610 ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਆਇਆ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਰਸੁ ਤਿਸੈ ਹੀ ਜਰਣੇ ॥

जिस नो आइआ प्रेम रसु तिसै ही जरणे ॥
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਦ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਅੰਨਦ ਸਹਿੰਦੇ, ਮਾਂਣਦੁ ਹਨ॥
One who comes to savor the Lord's Love experiences it.
14611 ਬਾਣੀ ਉਚਰਹਿ ਸਾਧ ਜਨ ਅਮਿਉ ਚਲਹਿ ਝਰਣੇ ॥

बाणी उचरहि साध जन अमिउ चलहि झरणे ॥
ਰੱਬੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਗਤ ਬੋਲਦੇ, ਜੱਪਦੇ, ਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਠੇ ਰਸ ਦੇ ਚਸਮੇਂ ਵਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ॥
The Holy beings chant the Bani of the Word, like nectar flowing from a spring.
14612 ਪੇਖਿ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਜੀਵਿਆ ਮਨ ਅੰਦਰਿ ਧਰਣੇ ॥੯॥

पेखि दरसनु नानकु जीविआ मन अंदरि धरणे ॥९॥

तिन की सोभा किआ गणी जिनी हरि हरि लधा ॥
ਉਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਡਿਆਈ ਦੱਸੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਲੱਭ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ॥
How can I estimate the glory of those, who have found the Lord, Har, Har?
14621 ਸਾਧਾ ਸਰਣੀ ਜੋ ਪਵੈ ਸੋ ਛੁਟੈ ਬਧਾ ॥
Saadhhaa Saranee Jo Pavai S Shhuttai Badhhaa ||
साधा सरणी जो पवै सो छुटै बधा ॥
ਜੋ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਹਿ, ਗੁਣ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਛੁੱਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
One who seeks the Sanctuary of the Holy is released from bondage.
14622 ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵੈ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀਐ ਜੋਨਿ ਗਰਭਿ ਨ ਦਧਾ ॥

गुण गावै अबिनासीऐ जोनि गरभि न दधा ॥
ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਅਮਰ ਰਹਿੱਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਜੂਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੈਂਦਾ॥
One who sings the Glorious Praises of the Imperishable Lord does not burn in the womb of reincarnation.
14623 ਗੁਰੁ ਭੇਟਿਆ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਪੜਿ ਬੁਝਿ ਸਮਧਾ ॥
Gur Bhaettiaa Paarabreham Har Parr Bujh Samadhhaa ||
गुरु भेटिआ पारब्रहमु हरि पड़ि बुझि समधा ॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਣੀ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਬਦ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਟਿੱਕ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ॥
One who meets the Sathigur and the Supreme Lord God, who reads and understands, enters the state of Samaadhi.
14624 ਨਾਨਕ ਪਾਇਆ ਸੋ ਧਣੀ ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਅਗਧਾ ॥੧੦॥

नानक पाइआ सो धणी हरि अगम अगधा ॥१०॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਂਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬੇਅੰਤ, ਅਥਾਹ ਜਿਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ। ਉਸ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ||10||

कामु न करही आपणा फिरहि अवता लोइ ॥
ਆਪਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਜੱਪਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਬੰਦਾ, ਆਪਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
People do not perform their duties, but instead, they wander around aimlessly.
14627 ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਇ ਵਿਸਾਰਿਐ ਸੁਖੁ ਕਿਨੇਹਾ ਹੋਇ ॥੧॥

ਧੰਨ ਤੇ ਮੋਹ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਕੌੜਾਪਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੀਵਾਂ, ਸਾਰਾ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਫੱਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ॥
The bitter poison of corruption is everywhere; it clings to the substance of the world.

इह नीसाणी साध की जिसु भेटत तरीऐ ॥
ਇਹ ਭਗਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਹੈ। ਉਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਕੇ, ਉਸ ਵਰਗਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ, ਮੁੱਕਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ ॥
This is the distinguishing sign of the Holy Saint, that by meeting with him, one is saved.
14633 ਜਮਕੰਕਰੁ ਨੇੜਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਫਿਰਿ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਮਰੀਐ ॥

जमकंकरु नेड़ि न आवई फिरि बहुड़ि न मरीऐ ॥
ਜੰਮਦੂਤ ਮੁਹਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਲ ਨਹੀ ਆਉਂਦਾ। ਫਿਰ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ, ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੌਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀ॥
The Messenger of Death does not come near him; he never has to die again.
14634 ਭਵ ਸਾਗਰੁ ਸੰਸਾਰੁ ਬਿਖੁ ਸੋ ਪਾਰਿ ਉਤਰੀਐ ॥

भव सागरु संसारु बिखु सो पारि उतरीऐ ॥
ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਦਰਗਾਹ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥
He crosses over the terrifying, poisonous world-ocean.
14635 ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗੁੰਫਹੁ ਮਨਿ ਮਾਲ ਹਰਿ ਸਭ ਮਲੁ ਪਰਹਰੀਐ ॥
Har Gun Gunfahu Man Maal Har Sabh Mal Parehareeai ||
हरि गुण गु्मफहु मनि माल हरि सभ मलु परहरीऐ ॥
ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਾਏ, ਤਾਂ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਬਿਚਰ, ਪਾਪ ਮੁੱਕ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥
So weave the garland of the Lord's Glorious Praises into your mind, and all your filth shall be washed away.
14636 ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਮਿਲਿ ਰਹੇ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਨਰਹਰੀਐ ॥੧੧॥

ਉਹੀ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ, ਸਫ਼ਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
Sathigur Nanak, approved is the birth of those, within whose consciousness the Lord abides.
14639 ਗਾਲ੍ਹ੍ਹੀ ਅਲ ਪਲਾਲੀਆ ਕੰਮਿ ਨ ਆਵਹਿ ਮਿਤ ॥੧॥

गाल्ही अल पलालीआ कमि न आवहि मित ॥१॥
ਬਗੈਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਰਥ ਦੀਆਂ, ਵਾਧੂ ਦੀਆ ਫੋਕੀਆ ਗੱਲਾਂ-ਬਾਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ॥
Useless talk and babbling is useless, my friend. ||1||

पारब्रहमु प्रभु द्रिसटी आइआ पूरन अगम बिसमाद ॥
ਗੁਣਾ ਤੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਨੋਖੇ ਰੂਪ ਦਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਸਪੂਰਨ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦੇ॥
I have come to see the Supreme Lord God, the Perfect, Inaccessible, Wonderful Lord.
14642 ਨਾਨਕ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਨੁ ਕੀਤਾ ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ॥੨॥

नानक राम नामु धनु कीता पूरे गुर परसादि ॥२॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਜੀ ਨੇ, ਰੱਬੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਂਮ ਧੰਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਪੂਰਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ||2||
