ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਵਸਤੂ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਢੰਗ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਕਦੇ ਗੁੰਮ ਨਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਠੰਡਕ, ਸੱਚਾਈ, ਅੱਕਲ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਗੁਣ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਵਰਗਾ ਬੱਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥

गुरदेव तीरथु अम्रित सरोवरु गुर गिआन मजनु अपर्मपरा ॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਹੈ, ਮਨ ਲਈ ਧਰਮਿਕ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰੋਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਕਦਾ। ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡ, ਊਚਾ ਹੈ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਬੱਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਂੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਖ਼ੱਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰਾ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ॥

ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਬੱਣਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਜੁਗਾਂ-ਜੁਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ, ਜੀਵਨ ਸੂਚਾ ਬੱਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥

गुरदेव संगति प्रभ मेलि करि किरपा हम मूड़ पापी जितु लगि तरा ॥
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਜੀ ਆਪਦੇ ਭਗਤਾਂ, ਪਿਆਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਕਰਾਦੇ, ਉਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੁਰੂ, ਭਗਵਾਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਮ ਜੱਪ ਕੇ; ਅਸੀਂ ਮਾੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀ, ਜੀਵਨ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਕਰ ਲਈਏ॥

आपहि कीआ कराइआ आपहि करनै जोगु ॥
ਸ੍ਰਿਸਟੀ ਆਪ ਰੱਬ ਨੇ ਬੱਣਾਈ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਨੇ, ਆਪ ਸਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ॥
He Himself acts, and causes others to act; He Himself can do everything.
10912 ਨਾਨਕ ਏਕੋ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਦੂਸਰ ਹੋਆ ਨ ਹੋਗੁ ॥੧॥

ਆਪ ਹੀ ਖਾਲੀ ਥਾਂਵਾਂ ਉਤੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਹੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ॥
He Himself is in the absolute state of primal meditation; He Himself is in the seat of peace.

निरंकार आकार आपि निरगुन सरगुन एक ॥
ਬਨਸਪਤੀ, ਜੀਵਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆ ਸਬ ਕਾਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਹੀ, ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ ਲਾਲਚ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਨੀ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ॥
He Himself is formless, and also formed; the One Lord is without attributes, and also with attributes.

ਅੱਲਗ-ਅੱਲਗ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨ-ਮੋਹ ਦਾ ਖਿਲਾਰਾ ਹੈ॥
He created the diverse expanse of the three qualities.

निरगुन ते सरगुन द्रिसटारं ॥
ਆਪ ਹੀ, ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ ਲਾਲਚ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਨੀ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਇਸ ਧੰਨ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੁਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਹੈ॥

ਬਨਸਪਤੀ, ਜੀਵਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆ ਸਬ ਕਾਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਹੀ, ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ ਲਾਲਚ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਨੀ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ॥

ਅੱਲਗ-ਅੱਲਗ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨ-ਮੋਹ ਦਾ ਖਿਲਾਰਾ ਹੈ॥
He created the diverse expanse of the three qualities.

ਆਪ ਹੀ, ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਮੋਹ ਲਾਲਚ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਦਾਨੀ, ਧੰਨ ਦਾ ਸਬਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਇਸ ਧੰਨ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਗੁਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਦਿੱਸ ਰਿਹਾਂ ਹੈ॥

Those who gather Truth and the riches of the Lord's Name are rich and very fortunate.

सिमरि सिमरि गुन गाइ सुनायं ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਿਆਰਾ, ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਕੇ, ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾ ਕੇ, ਦੂਜਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਾਂਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ॥
Meditating, meditating in remembrance, they sing and preach the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
10944 ਸੰਸੈ ਭਰਮੁ ਨਹੀ ਕਛੁ ਬਿਆਪਤ ॥

संसै भरमु नही कछु बिआपत ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਉਤੇ, ਕੋਈ ਡਰ, ਵਹਿਮ ਕੁੱਝ ਵੀ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ॥
Doubt and skepticism do not affect them at all.
10945 ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪੁ ਤਾਹੂ ਕੋ ਜਾਪਤ ॥

प्रगट प्रतापु ताहू को जापत ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਬ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ, ਜੀਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਹੈ॥
They behold the manifest glory of the Lord.
10946 ਸੋ ਸਾਧੂ ਇਹ ਪਹੁਚਨਹਾਰਾ ॥
So Saadhhoo Eih Pahuchanehaaraa ||
सो साधू इह पहुचनहारा ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਜੋ ਐਸਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਧੂ ਹੈ। ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜ ਕੇ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ॥
They are the Holy Saints - they reach this destination.
