जा कै हरि सा ठाकुरु भाई ॥
ਜਿਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਤਨ-ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਮਾਲਕ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਸਦਾ ਹੈ॥
One who has the Lord as his Master, O Siblings of Destiny
15015 ਮੁਕਤਿ ਅਨੰਤ ਪੁਕਾਰਣਿ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥

मुकति अनंत पुकारणि जाई ॥१॥
ਮੁਕਤੀ ਉਸ ਅੱਗੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਵਾਰੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ||1||
countless liberations knock at his door. ||1||
15016 ਅਬ ਕਹੁ ਰਾਮ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਤੋਰਾ ॥
Ab Kahu Raam Bharosaa Thoraa ||
अब कहु राम भरोसा तोरा ॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਭਗਵਾਨ ਜੀ ਜਿਸ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ ॥
If I say now that my trust is in You alone, Lord,
15017 ਤਬ ਕਾਹੂ ਕਾ ਕਵਨੁ ਨਿਹੋਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Thab Kaahoo Kaa Kavan Nihoraa ||1|| Rehaao ||
तब काहू का कवनु निहोरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
ਹੁਣ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਅਹਿਸਾਨ ਮੰਨਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ॥1॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Then what obligation do I have to anyone else? ||1||Pause||
15018 ਤੀਨਿ ਲੋਕ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਹਹਿ ਭਾਰ ॥
Theen Lok Jaa Kai Hehi Bhaar ||
तीनि लोक जा कै हहि भार ॥
ਜਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਤਿੰਨੇ ਭਵਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਹੈ ॥
He bears the burden of the three worlds;
15019 ਸੋ ਕਾਹੇ ਨ ਕਰੈ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਰ ॥੨॥
So Kaahae N Karai Prathipaar ||2||
सो काहे न करै प्रतिपार ॥२॥
ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਨ ਕਰੇਗਾ? ||2||
Why should He not cherish you also? ||2||
15020 ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਇਕ ਬੁਧਿ ਬੀਚਾਰੀ ॥

कहु कबीर इक बुधि बीचारी ॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਅੱਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਸੋਚ ਸੋਚੀ ਹੈ ॥ 
Says Kabeer, through contemplation, I have obtained this one understanding.
15021 ਕਿਆ ਬਸੁ ਜਉ ਬਿਖੁ ਦੇ ਮਹਤਾਰੀ ॥੩॥੨੨॥
Kiaa Bas Jo Bikh Dhae Mehathaaree ||3||22||
किआ बसु जउ बिखु दे महतारी ॥३॥२२॥
ਉਹ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਜੇ ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇਣ ਲੱਗੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲ ਸਕਦਾ ||3||22||
If the mother poisons her own child, what can anyone do? ||3||22||

बिनु सत सती होइ कैसे नारि ॥
ਸਤਿ-ਧਰਮ ਤੋਂ ਬਗੈਰ, ਕੋਈ ਔਰਤ ਸਤੀ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ? 
Without Truth, how can the woman be a true satee - a widow who burns herself on her husband's funeral pyre?
15024 ਪੰਡਿਤ ਦੇਖਹੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥੧॥

15025 ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਬਿਨਾ ਕੈਸੇ ਬਧੈ ਸਨੇਹੁ ॥
Preeth Binaa Kaisae Badhhai Sanaehu ||
प्रीति बिना कैसे बधै सनेहु ॥
ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ, ਪਿਆਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ? 
Without love, how can one's affection increase?
15026 ਜਬ ਲਗੁ ਰਸੁ ਤਬ ਲਗੁ ਨਹੀ ਨੇਹੁ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Jab Lag Ras Thab Lag Nehee Naehu ||1|| Rehaao ||
जब लगु रसु तब लगु नही नेहु ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਚਸਕਾ ਹੈ, ਉਦੋਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ॥1॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
As long as there is attachment to pleasure, there can be no spiritual love. ||1||Pause||
15027 ਸਾਹਨਿ ਸਤੁ ਕਰੈ ਜੀਅ ਅਪਨੈ ॥
Saahan Sath Karai Jeea Apanai ||
साहनि सतु करै जीअ अपनै ॥
ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮਾਇਆ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਸੱਤ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ ॥
One who, in his own soul, believes the Queen Maya to be true,
15028 ਸੋ ਰਮਯੇ ਕਉ ਮਿਲੈ ਨ ਸੁਪਨੈ ॥੨॥
So Ramayae Ko Milai N Supanai ||2||
सो रमये कउ मिलै न सुपनै ॥२॥
ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਭੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ||2||
Does not meet the Lord, even in dreams. ||2||
15029 ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਧਨੁ ਗ੍ਰਿਹੁ ਸਉਪਿ ਸਰੀਰੁ ॥
Than Man Dhhan Grihu Soup Sareer ||
तनु मनु धनु ग्रिहु सउपि सरीरु ॥
ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਭਾਗਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣਾ ਤਨ, ਮਨ, ਧਨ, ਘਰ ਤੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਂਦੇ ਹਨ ॥ 
One who surrenders her body, mind, wealth, home and self
15030 ਸੋਈ ਸੁਹਾਗਨਿ ਕਹੈ ਕਬੀਰੁ ॥੩॥੨੩॥
Soee Suhaagan Kehai Kabeer ||3||23||
सोई सुहागनि कहै कबीरु ॥३॥२३॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ ||3||23||
She is the true soul-bride, says Kabeer. ||3||23||

बिखिआ बिआपिआ सगल संसारु ॥
ਸਾਰਾ ਜਹਾਨ ਹੀ ਧੰਨ ਦੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ॥
The whole world is engrossed in corruption.
15033 ਬਿਖਿਆ ਲੈ ਡੂਬੀ ਪਰਵਾਰੁ ॥੧॥
Bikhiaa Lai Ddoobee Paravaar ||1||
बिखिआ लै डूबी परवारु ॥१॥
ਮਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਕਟੁੰਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਜੀਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੋਬੀ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ ||1||
This corruption has drowned entire families. ||1||
15034 ਰੇ ਨਰ ਨਾਵ ਚਉੜਿ ਕਤ ਬੋੜੀ ॥

रे नर नाव चउड़ि कत बोड़ी ॥
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਬੇੜੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਰੜੇ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਹੀ ਡੋਬ ਲਈ ਹੈ? 
Man, why have you wrecked your boat and sunk it?
15035 ਹਰਿ ਸਿਉ ਤੋੜਿ ਬਿਖਿਆ ਸੰਗਿ ਜੋੜੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Har Sio Thorr Bikhiaa Sang Jorree ||1|| Rehaao ||
ਬੰਦੇ ਤੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਲਚ ਕਰ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈਂ ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ।
हरि सिउ तोड़ि बिखिआ संगि जोड़ी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
You have broken with the Lord, and joined hands with corruption. ||1||Pause||
15036 ਸੁਰਿ ਨਰ ਦਾਧੇ ਲਾਗੀ ਆਗਿ ॥
Sur Nar Dhaadhhae Laagee Aag ||
सुरि नर दाधे लागी आगि ॥
ਸੁਰਿ ਨਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਇਆ ਦੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ॥ 
Angels and human beings alike are burning in the raging fire.
15037 ਨਿਕਟਿ ਨੀਰੁ ਪਸੁ ਪੀਵਸਿ ਨ ਝਾਗਿ ॥੨॥
Nikatt Neer Pas Peevas N Jhaag ||2||
निकटि नीरु पसु पीवसि न झागि ॥२॥
ਇਸ ਅੱਗ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਭੀ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਦਮ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ||2||
The water is near at hand, but the beast does not drink it in. ||2||
15038 ਚੇਤਤ ਚੇਤਤ ਨਿਕਸਿਓ ਨੀਰੁ ॥
Chaethath Chaethath Nikasiou Neer ||
चेतत चेतत निकसिओ नीरु ॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਮਿੱਠਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ॥ 
By constant contemplation and awareness, the water is brought forth.
15039 ਸੋ ਜਲੁ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਕਥਤ ਕਬੀਰੁ ॥੩॥੨੪॥
So Jal Niramal Kathhath Kabeer ||3||24||
सो जलु निरमलु कथत कबीरु ॥३॥२४॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਰੱਬੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਰੱਬ ਪਰਗਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ||3||24||
That water is immaculate and pure, says Kabeer. ||3||24||

ਜਿਸ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੰਮਿਆ ਹੈ ॥
That family, whose son has no spiritual wisdom or contemplation
15042 ਬਿਧਵਾ ਕਸ ਨ ਭਈ ਮਹਤਾਰੀ ॥੧॥

बिधवा कस न भई महतारी ॥१॥
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਵਿਧਵਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਨ ਹੋ ਗਈ? ||1||
- why didn't his mother just become a widow? ||1||
15043 ਜਿਹ ਨਰ ਰਾਮ ਭਗਤਿ ਨਹਿ ਸਾਧੀ ॥
Jih Nar Raam Bhagath Nehi Saadhhee ||
जिह नर राम भगति नहि साधी ॥
ਜਿਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਬੰਦਗੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ॥
That man who has not practiced devotional worship of the Lord
15044 ਜਨਮਤ ਕਸ ਨ ਮੁਓ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
Janamath Kas N Muou Aparaadhhee ||1|| Rehaao ||
जनमत कस न मुओ अपराधी ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
ਜਨਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਬਚ ਰਿਹਾ? ਬੰਦਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਪੀ ਹੈ ॥
- why didn't such a sinful man die at birth? ||1||Pause||
15045 ਮੁਚੁ ਮੁਚੁ ਗਰਭ ਗਏ ਕੀਨ ਬਚਿਆ ॥
Much Much Garabh Geae Keen Bachiaa ||
मुचु मुचु गरभ गए कीन बचिआ ॥
ਕਈ ਗਰਭ ਛਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਬੰਦਗੀ-ਹੀਣ ਚੰਦਰਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਬਚ ਰਿਹਾ? ॥
So many pregnancies end in miscarriage - why was this one spared?
15046 ਬੁਡਭੁਜ ਰੂਪ ਜੀਵੇ ਜਗ ਮਝਿਆ ॥੨॥
Buddabhuj Roop Jeevae Jag Majhiaa ||2||
बुडभुज रूप जीवे जग मझिआ ॥२॥
ਬੰਦਗੀ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣਾ ਜਗਤ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਕੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਜੀਊ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ||2||
He lives his life in this world like a deformed amputee. ||2||
15047 ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਜੈਸੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਸਰੂਪ ॥

कहु कबीर जैसे सुंदर सरूप ॥
ਕਬੀਰ ਜੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਬੰਦੇ ਨਾਂਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੱਖਣੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਵੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ॥

नाम बिना जैसे कुबज कुरूप ॥३॥२५॥
ਅਸਲ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਝੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਾਲੇ, ਬਦ-ਸ਼ਕਲ ਹਨ ||3||25||
Beautiful and handsome people are just ugly hunch-backs. ||3||25||

I am forever a sacrifice to those humble beings
15051 ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੈ ਜਾਉ ॥੧॥

तिन कै सद बलिहारै जाउ ॥१॥
ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਦਕੇ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ ||1||
Who take the Name of their Lord and Master. ||1||
15052 ਸੋ ਨਿਰਮਲੁ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵੈ ॥
So Niramal Niramal Har Gun Gaavai ||
सो निरमलु निरमल हरि गुन गावै ॥
ਜੋ ਰੱਬ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੁੱਧ ਹੈ ॥
Those who sing the Glorious Praises of the Pure Lord are pure.
15053 ਸੋ ਭਾਈ ਮੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

सो भाई मेरै मनि भावै ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੌਲ ਫੁੱਲ ਵਰਗੇ ਸੁਹਣੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸੀ ਧੂੜ ਹਾਂ ||2|| 
Whose hearts are filled with the All-pervading Lord. ||2||

जाति जुलाहा मति का धीरु ॥

ਮੇਰੇ ਦਸਮ-ਦੁਆਰ ਦੀ ਭੱਠ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਸੁਆਦਲਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਚੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ॥
From the Sky of the Tenth Gate, the nectar trickles down, distilled from my furnace.

ਜਿਉਂ ਜਿਉਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਕ-ਤਾਰ ਲਗਨ, ਮਾਨੋ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੀ ਧਾਰ ਨਿਕਲਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ||1||
I have gathered in this most sublime essence, making my body into firewood. ||1||

उआ कउ कहीऐ सहज मतवारा ॥
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮਸਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਆਖੀਦਾ ਹੈ ॥ 
He alone is called intoxicated with intuitive peace and poise,

सहज कलालनि जउ मिलि आई ॥
ਜਦੋਂ ਸਹਿਜ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਰਸ ਪਿਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ॥
Intuitive poise is the bar-maid who comes to serve it.

I pass my nights and days in ecstasy. ||2||

चीनत चीतु निरंजन लाइआ ॥
ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰ-ਕਰਕੇ, ਕੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਨ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ॥
Through conscious meditation, I linked my consciousness with the Immaculate Lord.
